Attention! EZVIZ does not provide firmware for manual download. Firmware can only be downloaded and updated directly via OTA (Over-The-Air) using the app. Upgraded EZVIZ camera firmware cannot be downgraded. If you understand this, please follow the firmware download and upgrade guide below.
Step 1 – Open the EZVIZ app.
Step 2 – Log in using your registered account. If you’ve already logged in, opening the app will take you to the EZVIZ dashboard.
Step 3 – On the dashboard page, tap the three dots on the camera to enter settings.
Step 4 – Tap Device Settings.
Step 5 – On the camera settings page, scroll down and tap Device Information. If there’s any new firmware, it will appear on this page.
Step 6 – Tap the Upgrade button to start the process.
Step 7 – The Device Upgrade page displays information about the current firmware version and the latest firmware version. Tap the Update Now button to upgrade the firmware.
The upgrade process will then proceed as shown in the image below. Wait for it to complete. The upgrade process takes approximately 1-2 minutes.
If the “Complete” window appears, the firmware upgrade was successful. Tap Ok to return to the dashboard. The EZVIZ TY1 camera is now running the latest firmware version. Users can access Device Information to see the latest firmware version successfully updated and running on the camera.
