Imou cameras are sensitive to excessive light reflections. If an Imou camera is mounted facing a door or window, it will display a glare. This is usually caused by incorrect installation. Try not to install the Imou camera so that it faces directly toward the entrance or a window. Or avoid installing it so that it faces a light source. Instead of pointing it outward, it’s best to reposition it to face inward.
