Before installing a Bardi camera ordered by a customer, I always ensure it’s working properly by first adding it to my personal account. I test all the available features, such as PTZ, motion detection, siren, two-way talk, and so on. Once I’m sure everything is working properly, I then delete the Bardi camera from the app. If the camera isn’t removed from the app, it won’t be able to connect to the customer’s Bardi account.
This guide will explain in detail how I added a Bardi camera to the app. If you’ve just purchased a Bardi camera, you can follow along.
Download and Install Bardi App
Bardi cameras can only be connected to the Bardi Smart Home app. You cannot use other apps like the EZVIZ app. The Bardi app for Bardi cameras and the EZVIZ app for EZVIZ cameras cannot be mixed.
The Bardi app is available for Android and iPhone.
Android users can download and install the Bardi app from the Play Store. iPhone users can download the Bardi app from the App Store.
Prepare the WiFi Network to be Used and Turn on the Bardi Camera
Kamera Bardi bisa langsung terhubung ke jaringan WiFi yang ada tersedia di lokasi.
It’s important to note that the Bardi camera only supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks. So, make sure your phone is connected to a Wi-Fi network with that frequency. If your phone is still connected to 5 GHz Wi-Fi, switch to 2.4 GHz immediately. Many new users fail to add the Bardi camera to their app because their phone is still connected to a 5 GHz Wi-Fi network.
Then turn on the camera. Once the camera is turned on, make sure the blue light is flashing.
What is the Correct Way to Connect the Bardi Camera to the App?
Open the Bardi app.

Log in or create a new account. If you’re already logged into your account, the app will take you directly to the dashboard.

The Bardi app will immediately detect if the Bardi CCTV is turned on. Click the Add button to connect the Bardi CCTV to the app.

If your phone isn’t connected to Wi-Fi, a notification window will appear saying “This phone isn’t connected to Wi-Fi.” Click the “Go to Connect” button to connect your phone to Wi-Fi.

Enable Wi-Fi by pressing the enable Wi-Fi button.

Click the back button on your phone or smartphone to return to the Bardi application page.
When you connect your phone to the available Wi-Fi network, the Bardi app automatically displays the Wi-Fi name and password.
Click the Next button.

The app will display the process of adding the Bardi Smart IP camera to your phone. Once the process is complete, a green checkmark will appear on the device.
Click the Finish button.

Next, you’ll return to the main dashboard page. If the Notification Test window appears, check the box next to “Don’t show this message again” and click the “Cancel” button. You’ll then be redirected to the live view of the newly added Bardi CCTV camera.
