In the Hik-Connect app, you’re free to remove and reconnect devices. There are no restrictions. I myself often do this—removing and re-adding devices in the app. I do this to test devices—whether they’re IP cameras, NVRs, or DVRs—to make sure they connect properly to the app before I install them at a customer’s home.
