Step 1 – Open the EZVIZ app.
Step 2 – Log in to the app using your registered account. If you’re already logged in and haven’t logged out, you’ll be redirected to the dashboard when you open the app.
Step 3 – Next, click the “+” sign
Step 4 – Tap Scan QR Code.
Step 5 – If the message “The device has been added by Email: em****aya@gmail.com” appears, the EZVIZ CCTV is already connected to that account. Tap “Apply for Unbinding” to unbind.
Step 6 – Unplug the CCTV camera from the power source. Wait 5 minutes. On the Apply for Unbinding page, check the box next to “The device has been offline for 5 minutes.” Tap the “Next Step” button.
If the message “The device is not online yet” appears, it means the device has not been offline for 5 minutes.
Step 7 – You’ll then be directed to the QR code scanning page. Point the camera at the QR code attached to the EZVIZ CCTV camera.
After the photo is taken, Tap the Submit button.
