Reinstall IVMS-4200
The easiest and safest way to reset the IVMS-4200 password is to reinstall it.
This method is suitable for those of you using a laptop with macOS or Windows. However, please note that reinstalling may erase previous configurations on the IVMS-4200.
How to Reinstall:
Windows
- Open Control Panel > Programs
- Programs and Features > Uninstall a Programs. Select IVMS-4200 and click Uninstall
MacOS
To easily uninstall software on macOS, simply click and hold the IVMS-4200 and place it in the trash.
