Please try the following steps in order:
- Open a new Incognito tab in Chrome and visit http://192.168.1.50:8090.
- In Chrome, open chrome://net-internals/#sockets and tap Flush socket pools.
- Then open chrome://net-internals/#dns and tap Clear host cache. After that, try accessing the page again.
- Go to Chrome Settings > Privacy and security and make sure Always use secure connections is turned off.
If none of these steps work, please generate a network log for us:
- Open chrome://net-export in Chrome on your Android phone.
- Tap Start logging. You can leave the default settings unchanged.
Open a new tab and visit http://192.168.1.50:8090 until the error message appears.
