YooSee is a CCTV camera app with the same name, YooSee. This app is used to connect the camera to your phone. Once the camera is connected, you can view the live feed from the YooSee camera on your phone. In addition, the app is used to access the camera’s features and adjust its settings. Users of the YooSee app must create an account to log in to the app.
This post describes my experience creating an account on the YooSee app—it turned out that it took less than 10 minutes to set up my account.
One Account for Multiple CCTV Cameras
There are many YooSee camera models, both indoor and outdoor.
All YooSee CCTV camera models can be linked to a single account. So, users only need to create one account in the app. However, if you want to share the camera’s live feed so it can be viewed on another phone or by someone else, you’ll need to create a new account on that phone.
Preparing to Create an Account on the YooSee App
To ensure the account creation process goes smoothly, you need to prepare the information required to create an account.
Required data:
- Email address
- Cell phone number
You can choose one of the options above. The YooSee app lets you create an account using either a phone number or an email address. The email address and phone number you provide must be active, as they will be used to receive the account verification code from the app.
Steps to Create an Account on the YooSee App
You can create a YooSee account in the app. The YooSee app is available on the Play Store for Android and the App Store for iOS/iPhone users.
Open the Yoosee application.
Tap Agree on the User Agreement and Privacy Policy display.
Tap Register on the login page.
Select Region. In this manual, we’ll show you an example of selecting Indonesia. Tap the Confirm button.
Enter your email address/mobile phone number. In this manual, we’ll use the example of selecting an email address as the registration method. Check the box next to “I have read and agree to the User Agreement/Privacy Policy.”
Tap the Next button.
Open your email and check for the verification code. Enter the verification code sent by the Yoosee app.
You’ll then be directed to a page where you can create a login password. Fill in your desired information and make sure it’s easy to remember. Once done, tap the Done button.
