Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1 – Connect the EZVIZ camera to the power supply until it turns on.

Step 2 – Connect the EZVIZ camera to an internet source. Here, we’ll use a LAN cable. For EZVIZ cameras that do not have an Ethernet port, simply connect to a Wi-Fi network.

Step 3 – Open the SADP Tool software. You will see the EZVIZ cameras detected in one network.

Step 4 – Check the box next to the selected camera. The side window will then display the camera data.

Step 5 – Uncheck Enable DHCP and change the camera IP address as needed.

Step 6 – Enter the device admin password. Then tap the Modify button to save the settings.

Then the notification Parameters Modification Completed appears, then the EZVIZ camera IP address has been successfully changed to static mode. For the admin password, you can enter the verification code on the label attached to the camera unit. If you forget or lose the verification code, you can request a verification code by contacting EZVIZ technical support. Changing and setting EZVIZ static IP cameras cannot be done directly from the EZVIZ application.
