On the morning of July 3, 2026 at 7:15 AM, I received a WhatsApp message from a customer who needed help with a problem with the camera not being visible on Hik-Connect, there was a Device Online notification. I was asked to visit the site in person and conduct an inspection that same day. Since I had a free morning, I immediately scheduled a visit to inspect the problem. This is my experience story when dealing with the Device Offline message appearing on Hik-Connect.
