Hik-Connect is an application for Hikvision cameras. With this application, users can connect cameras, NVRs, DVRs, and other Hikvision devices, including access control devices. Once connected to the application, users can view live footage from the camera, playback, and perform basic settings such as device sharing, downloading recordings, and other functions.

Hik-Connect is an App for Hikvision Camera Devices
If you want to view a live feed of your Hikvision camera on your mobile phone, then Hik-Connect is the app you can use.
This app can be downloaded and installed on Android and iOS.
However, in my experiments, it turns out the Hik-Connect app isn’t the only one for Hikvision cameras. You can also use the HiLookVision app to connect your Hikvision camera to your phone. This is because both HiLookVision and Hik-Connect were developed by Hikvision. HiLookVision is the app for HiLook cameras, Hikvision’s second brand.
Download and Install Hik-Connect App on Android Phone
Open the app store, for Android users you can open the Play Store and for iPhone users you can open the App Store.
Click the Search icon to search for the Hik-Connect application.
In the search box type Hik-Connect.
You’ll then be directed to the Hik-Connect app download and installation page. Tap the Install button to begin the process.
The system will automatically download and install the app. Wait for the process to complete. A successful Hik-Connect installation will indicate an Open button next to the app name.
Under the application name there is also an Installed status.
Hik-Connect App Download for iOS
For iPhone and iPad users:
- Open the Apple App Store
- Search for “Hik-Connect”
- Tap Get
- Confirm with Face ID / Touch ID / Apple ID password
- Open the app after installation
Make sure your device is running a supported iOS version for best performance.

No, the Hik-Connect app is not available for PC.
