I’m one of those people who frequently deletes EZVIZ cameras from the app. As a CCTV technician, I have to try connecting them to my personal account as a test before installing the cameras in customers’ homes. Furthermore, customers often forget their EZVIZ accounts. To add an EZVIZ camera to a new account, the EZVIZ camera connected to the old account must be removed, or more commonly known as disassociated from the old account. If the camera is still connected to the old account, it cannot be connected to the new account.
