As security camera technicians, we are committed to resolving customer issues efficiently. In this case, the customer was unable to unbind their HiLook DVR from a previous account. We efficiently addressed the issue by performing a remote unbinding using the Hik-Partner Pro app. Based on our experience, certain HiLook DVR models cannot be unbound directly through the DVR interface or via the SADP Tool software.
Here is a complete guide that you can follow to perform a remote unbinding of the HiLook DVR using the Hik-Partner Pro app.
